Mills Realty has launched a Sustainable Service Program. The program is designed to use sustainable resources to conduct business when selling homes or providing rentals to their clients. The key point of this service is the amount of capital that Mills Realty is willing to provide to the community based organization in the buyer’s name. The amount is 20% which is a lot when selling real estate. The idea is to make the stakeholders apart of the company without going through unnecessary regulations and laws that can prevent expedient community growth. conduct business when selling homes or providing rentals to their clients. When the buyer makes a purchase, Mills Realty lets the buyer choose the community program to donate 20% to in the buyer’s name. than 10% of that 20% is donated to a sustainable program in a poor part of the world to help achieve sustainable growth. 20% of a real estate deal can range between $100, $10,000, $100,000 or even more depending on the size of the deal. These amount of funds per purchase is outstanding. Some say that the CEO has even lost his mind and other think that it must be some type of catch to it. In reality, This program does give 20%.
